Level 1 - Profitkeeping™ Support - Accounting, QuickBooks & Profit First Support. This is for the business that does their own bookkeeping, but wants backup or additional support. Allows you to have access to our team of Profitkeeper™ bookkeepers to ask questions and receive help with your Profit First, bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
Level 2 - Profitkeeping™ Support Plus – Includes all that is in Level 1 Plus bank and credit card reconciliations. For the business owner who does their own bookkeeping and doesn’t want to deal with making sure the accounts are reconciled, or a business owner that does not have any accounting and just wants the bare minimum. Reconciliations can be performed monthly or quarterly to suit your needs.
Level 3 - Profitkeeping™ Complete - Include everything in Levels 1 & 2. A full accounting system after the fact – For businesses that do not use an accounting program or only use QuickBooks for invoicing only. We enter checks, credit card transactions and deposits after the fact. We reconcile bank statements and credit cards statements and other balance sheet accounts, and produce financial reports. Periodic Profit First assessment and financial analysis. Monthly or Quarterly option.

Level 4 - Profitkeeping™ Complete Live - Includes everything in Levels 1 & 2. We run the accounting system live. We enter bills and invoices, write checks for you to sign or approve for bill pay, reconcile bank and credit card statements and other balance sheet accounts, and provide financial reports. Periodic Profit First assessment and financial analysis. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly options available.
